| Subject: | November civic club meeting, potluck and toy drive |
The November civic club meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 8th at 7 pm in the Scarborough High School Cafeteria. To celebrate the Thanksgiving season, this meeting will consist of a potluck dinner. Please bring your favorite dish. Sergeant Tracy Hicks of the Houston Police Department’s Police Auto Theft Division will be speaking to us while we finish up our meal, and there will also be a few great raffle prizes! To make our potluck a little extra special, we are collecting food and toys that will be donated to 2 separate locations. ****TOY DRIVE**** Every year, the HPD North Division hosts a toy drive for the kiddos they serve & protect. We would love to bring a pile of toys for them to pass out! Please only bring new toys. ****FOOD DRIVE**** One of our residents volunteers at the Houston Food Bank every month. If you have food you would like to donate, please bring them to the potluck!
